Pound of Paradise Contest Rules

1. Eligibility:

  • Participants must be 21 years of age or older at the time of entry.

  • Contest is open to residents of states where the purchase and possession of cannabis are legal.

  • Employees of BLACK ELEVATION, their immediate family members, and individuals living in the same household are not eligible to participate.

2. How to Enter:

  • Participants must register on the Black Elevation website: www.be313.com.

  • Only one entry per person is allowed. Multiple entries will be disqualified.

  • No purchase necessary to enter or win.

3. Contest Period:

  • The contest begins on Sunday, July 14, 2024 at 7:00 PM EST and ends on Sunday, July 14, 2024 at 11:59 PM EST.

  • Entries must be received by 11:59 PM EST on the end date to be eligible.

4. Prizes:

  • Eight winners will each receive 2 ounces of cannabis.

  • The total amount of cannabis given away in the contest will be 1 pound.

  • The prizes are non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash or other products.

5. Winner Selection:

  • Eight winners will be selected through a random drawing from all eligible entries.

  • The drawing will be conducted on 7/15/24.

  • The odds of winning depend on the number of eligible entries received.

6. Winner Notification:

  • Winners will be notified via email or phone within 5 days of the drawing.

  • Winners must respond within 7 days of notification to claim their prize.

  • If a winner does not respond within the specified time, an alternate winner will be selected.

7. Publicity:

  • By entering the contest, participants grant BLACK ELEVATION the right to use their name, likeness, and entry for promotional purposes without further compensation, unless prohibited by law.

8. General Conditions:

  • BLACK ELEVATION reserves the right to cancel, suspend, or modify the contest if any fraud, technical failures, or other factors beyond its control impair the integrity or proper functioning of the contest.

  • BLACK ELEVATION is not responsible for lost, late, incomplete, or misdirected entries or for any technical issues that may prevent an entry from being received.

9. Disqualification:

  • BLACK ELEVATION reserves the right to disqualify any participant who violates these rules or engages in any conduct that is detrimental to the integrity of the contest.

10. Governing Law:

  • The contest is subject to all applicable federal, state, and local laws and regulations.

  • Any disputes arising out of the contest shall be resolved exclusively in the state and federal courts located in Michigan.

    • This contest is sponsored by BLACK ELEVATION.
