Method man & Redman Concert Sweepstakes Rules

1. Eligibility

- This sweepstakes is open only to legal residents of Michigan, who are at least 21 years old at the time of entry.

- Employees, officers, and directors of Black Elevation and participating Black Owned dispensaries, and their immediate family members (spouse, parent, child, sibling, and their respective spouses, regardless of where they reside) and those living in the same household are not eligible to participate.

2. Sweepstakes Period

- The sweepstakes begins on Wednesday, July 10, 2024, at 12:00 AM Eastern Time ("ET") and ends on Saturday, July 13, 2024, at 11:59 PM ET ("Sweepstakes Period").

3. How to Enter

- To enter, visit any participating Black Owned dispensary during the Sweepstakes Period.

- Complete the official entry form available at the dispensary with your full name, email address, phone number, and any other required information.

- Deposit the completed entry form in the designated entry box at the dispensary.

- Limit one (1) entry per person per day at each participating location. Multiple entries submitted by a single entrant in excess of the stated limit will be void.

4. Prize

- There will be one (1) Grand Prize consisting of two (2) tickets to the Methodman & Redman concert on Sunday, July 14, 2024.

- The approximate retail value ("ARV") of the prize is $200.00.

- The prize is non-transferable and no substitution will be made except as provided herein at the Sponsor’s sole discretion.

5. Winner Selection and Notification

- The winner will be selected in a random drawing conducted on or about Sunday, July 14, 2024, from all eligible entries received during the Sweepstakes Period.

- The odds of winning depend on the number of eligible entries received.

- The potential winner will be notified by phone or email on or about Sunday, July 14, 2024.

- If the potential winner cannot be contacted within 1-hour after the first attempt to contact them, the Sponsor may select an alternate potential winner in their place at random from the remaining eligible entries.

6. Publicity

- Except where prohibited, participation in the sweepstakes constitutes the winner’s consent to Black Elevation and its agents’ use of the winner’s name, likeness, photograph, voice, opinions, and/or hometown and state for promotional purposes in any media, worldwide, without further payment or consideration.

7. General Conditions

- Black Elevation reserves the right to cancel, suspend, and/or modify the sweepstakes, or any part of it, if any fraud, technical failures, human error, or any other factor impairs the integrity or proper functioning of the sweepstakes, as determined by Black Elevation in its sole discretion.

- Black Elevation reserves the right in its sole discretion to disqualify any individual it finds to be tampering with the entry process or the operation of the sweepstakes or to be acting in violation of these Official Rules or any other promotion or in an unsportsmanlike or disruptive manner.

- Any attempt by any person to deliberately undermine the legitimate operation of the sweepstakes may be a violation of criminal and civil law, and, should such an attempt be made, Black Elevation reserves the right to seek damages from any such person to the fullest extent permitted by law.

8. Release and Limitations of Liability

- By participating in the sweepstakes, entrants agree to release and hold harmless Black Elevation, participating Black Owned dispensaries, and their respective subsidiaries, affiliates, suppliers, distributors, advertising/promotion agencies, and each of their respective parent companies and each such company’s officers, directors, employees, and agents (collectively, the “Released Parties”) from and against any claim or cause of action arising out of participation in the sweepstakes or receipt or use or misuse of any prize.

9. Disputes

- Except where prohibited, entrant agrees that: (1) any and all disputes, claims, and causes of action arising out of or connected with this sweepstakes or any prize awarded shall be resolved individually, without resort to any form of class action, and exclusively by the appropriate court located in Michigan; and (2) any and all claims, judgments, and awards shall be limited to actual out-of-pocket costs incurred, including costs associated with entering this sweepstakes, but in no event attorneys’ fees.

10. Winner List

- The winner’s name will be available for 30 days after the end of the Sweepstakes Period by sending a self-addressed, stamped envelope to: Black Elevation Sweepstakes, 8620 Lyndon St, Detroit, MI 48238.

11. Sponsor

- The sponsor of the sweepstakes is Black Elevation, 8620 Lyndon St, Detroit, MI 48238.

By participating, you agree to abide by and be bound by these Official Rules and the decisions of the Sponsor, which are final and binding in all respects.
